-XL- Development is a small software development company based in San Diego California. We produce and sell Windows utility and security applications from our main site at www.xldevelopment.net. The purpose of this site is to show the non-commercial side of -XL- Development. We started out with freeware and open source applications and hope to bring some of those aspects back with this site.
